Completely refurbished and registered with the Civil Aviation Authority as a commercial aircraft the Stearman will give you a beefy American radial engine with the goggles and leather flying jackets experience.

Group Flying Days

Soviet Yak 52	Pitts S12 ‘Monster’	T6 Texan ‘Harvard’

30 Minute Flight in an authentic ex-Soviet air force advanced aerobatics aircraft. With a 380 horse power radial engine and a top speed of 360km/h the Yak52 will take your breath away with hard core maneuvers including loops, barrel rolls, wing over and stall turns. The inverted fuel system allows for extreme +7/-5g maneuvers and the sliding canopy and military harness lets you experience the world of an old time fighter pilot. WACO American Biplane

30 Minute Flight in a classic American biplane over Johannesburg. The WACO offers the thrill of an open cockpit and the wind in your hair in an aircraft that can seat 2 passengers side by side in the cockpit unlike the Tiger Moth and Stearman which can only take one passenger at a time. A truly romantic adventure for couples or a great way to experience aviation for those who prefer to have a friend or colleague at their side as they take to the sky.

Beech Staggerwing Biplane

30 Minute Flight in the Rolls Royce of biplanes. The Beech Staggerwing was the Lear Jet of the 1940’s offering superior speed and comfort. It’s retractable wheels give it an impressive top speed of 300km/h and it’s closed cockpit and well appointed interior with leather upholstery and wood paneling provides a luxurious aviation adventure.
The Staggerwing can carry two passengers with luggage or three passengers with day packs as far afield as Mozambique and Victoria Falls.
